News and announcements

January 2nd, 2024

We are very excited to announce than on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, Custom Courier will be introducing a new, user-friendly software system which will change the online customer portal and will start our transition to going paperless.

Note that new login credentials will be required to access the new customer portal. Please contact our billing department 306-653-8500 to obtain your new login information.
The URL for the new application is app.customcourier.com which will go live on January 2, 2024.
While Custom Courier will not be transferring old billing information to the new portal, access to the former customer portal will be available to you and your team for a minimum of six months with your old login information remaining unchanged.
Although Custom Courier is confident that the transition will be seamless, we ask for patience as we complete these operational changes.
Embarking on the journey to go paperless represents a pivotal step towards sustainability and addresses pressing environmental concerns. The decision to minimize paper usage reflects a commitment to reducing carbon footprints and preserving natural resources. By adopting digital alternatives and leveraging technology, we can help contribute to the global movement for a more eco-friendly future. Going paperless not only streamlines processes and enhances efficiency but also significantly curtails deforestation, diminishing the environmental impact of paper production.
This conscientious shift aligns with the growing awareness of the importance of sustainable practices, demonstrating a responsible approach to resource management and a dedication to mitigating the ecological footprint associated with traditional paper-based systems. By promoting environmental well-being we can all pave the way for a greener, more sustainable world.
